As Founder and Principal Architect of DCH Architecture, Mr. Himmer leads every project with an intentionally hands-on approach, guiding each commission from the earliest conceptual studies through construction with direct principal involvement.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Mr. Himmer has established a practice defined by thoughtful design, technical precision, and rigorous execution. Before founding DCH Architecture, he worked on complex commercial and institutional projects, where he developed expertise in high-performance building systems, sophisticated construction detailing, and multidisciplinary collaboration. That foundation informs every residence the firm designs, bringing exceptional technical rigor to custom homes of the highest quality.
