The additions to the Rocks House are designed to accommodate the needs of a growing family by expanding the home's living and entertaining spaces, reconfiguring interior casework, and introducing a new side/rear entry with integrated storage and improved functionality.

A separate garage addition provides a third bay on the east side of the home. Set back from the existing garage plane to preserve the prominence of the original structure, the addition is clad in black poly-ash siding, creating a subtle visual distinction while remaining complementary to the existing architecture.

Both additions are carefully integrated with the original residence, maintaining its architectural character through matching siding, windows, vegetated green roof, and complementary hardscape elements, resulting in a cohesive and seamless composition.
